Shipping Information

As soon as an order is made and the payment has been received and authorized, we try our very best to ship your item(s).  Please note that we are stating the estimated delivery time, and Céle & Clio cannot be held accountable for any third party delays.

All transactions are processed in USD (US Dollars).

US Shipping

We currently offer USPS Standard Ground shipping on all orders shipped to a US address.

International Shipping

We are able to ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Express for $55. All orders ship from the US. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Late and lost delays

Items cannot be replaced before they are classified as lost items by UPS.  In order to be considered lost, a package must be undelivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. 

Packaging

You will receive your jewellery in our signature box with an off-white pouch embossed with the Céle & Clio logo.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

As our jewellery is hand made in Italy, Céle & Clio cannot offer refunds. However, in some cases (same day cancellation), we may offer full refund. Please email info@celeandclio.com within 24 hours of order. In any case, we will be happy to exchange unwanted pieces, should you notify us within 5 business days after receipt of your order. To do so, please email us info@celeandclio.com stating your name, address, order number and description of item(s). Please note that unwanted item(s) have to be returned undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging and shipped back to us at your own expense. We recommend that the return shipment is sent back to us using UPS providing us with the tracking number and insured to its appropriate value as the goods are under your responsibility until we receive them.
